harvest festival 2018

Students, Parents and Staff at William Lovell have been digging deep over the past 2 weeks to donate food for the annual Harvest Festival Celebrations. This year saw a huge influx of donations from all who come to the Academy. The student’s and staff’s donations were collected into their respective houses to encourage some healthy house competition. Waddington took an early lead only to be out done by Scampton after a few days, however, Coningsby was slow to start but caught up and over took the other two. In the end all houses equalled out in their donations. We are so grateful to the students, staff and parents who took the time to donate to our Harvest Festival, as we know the food will go on to help those who struggle in and around the Boston area. The Collection was recieved by Rev. Sue Rose from Boston Stump and Food Bank Manager Maxine Correya.
